TWIST
Hello! I’m Twist, the mascot of the World Gymnastics Championships. I live at Papendal, I’m 1.80 meters tall, and completely orange. Movement is in my DNA: from gymnastics and trampolining to freerunning and acrobatics. I like to eat healthy so I can perform at my best, and I’m active on social media.
You won’t just see me during the World Championships, but also in the lead-up at grassroots sports activities and side events in the city. During the Championships, I’m everywhere: in the arena, with the gymnasts, and among the fans. I bring atmosphere, energy, and big smiles to the stands.
My mission during the World Championships? To create one big gymnastics celebration together with gymnasts and fans!
