How can I contact the organization of the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships?

For questions about tickets, please contact us at tickets@rotterdam2026.nl. For general inquiries, please contact us at info@tigevents.nl.

The Artistic Gymnatics World Championships 2026 will take place at Rotterdam Ahoy. More information about accessibility can be found on the Rotterdam Ahoy website.

The organising committee of the World Championships does not sell parking tickets. Please check the Rotterdam Ahoy website for more information about parking and how to reach the venue by public transport.

The hospitality possibilities can be found via the following link.

Due to sufficient registrations, it is currently no longer possible to sign up as a volunteer for the World Gymnastics Championships. If you would like to stay informed about any available spots, we kindly refer you to the EventMakers website.

Rotterdam Ahoy is easily accessible by public transport. Plan your journey easily via RET, NS or 9292.

If you cannot travel by public transport, you can purchase a parking ticket in advance via the Rotterdam Ahoy website. Alternatively, you can park at one of the Park & Ride (P+R) locations and continue your journey by metro. Convenient P+R locations include Slinge, Kralingse Zoom, Alexander, Capelsebrug, Hoogvliet, Meijersplein and Melanchtonweg. If you continue your journey with an OV-chipkaart, parking at P+R locations is free.

During the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships, roadworks and traffic measures will be in place around Rotterdam Ahoy. This may cause additional traffic on certain days:

· 16–18 October: extra traffic around the Beneluxtunnel (allow approximately 30 minutes of additional travel time). The route from the Van Brienenoordbrug via Vaanplein to Ahoy will be closed.

· 19–23 October: travel times on the A15 motorway may increase by up to 30 minutes.

· 24 & 25 October: the A15 towards the Beneluxtunnel cannot be accessed from Ahoy.

Our advice: travel by public transport whenever possible. If you are travelling by car, plan your journey in advance and allow extra time for your trip and parking.
