Gym Experience
At the Gym Experience, you can try out a variety of activities and discover just how diverse the world of gymnastics is.
From artistic gymnastics and Freerunning-Parkour to dance and other gymnastics disciplines: explore everything the hall has to offer, challenge yourself and join in! Try something new, discover a different discipline and create your own connection with the diverse world of gymnastics.
Building Bridges
Building Bridges is all about connecting people, disciplines and worlds. At the Gym Experience, different areas of gymnastics come together, giving you the opportunity to build your own bridge from one discipline to another. Who knows, you might even discover a new favourite discipline!
Activities include:
- Active sports and play activities

- Various gymnastics disciplines to discover
- Demonstrations and special performances, including the winner of the Dance Challenge
- Meet & greets and special moments
- An exciting TeamNL activation
