Where are the VIP-tickets located on the map?
The VIP-tickets are located in area A.
Can I choose my own seat?
You can select a section. Seats are assigned later by the organization within that section. Tickets in the same order will be placed together.
I only received an order confirmation. When will I get my tickets?
Tickets will be emailed no later than 2 weeks before the event. No confirmation? Contact tickets@rotterdam2026.nl.
Can I attend as a wheelchair user?
Yes. Ahoy has a limited number of wheelchair spots on the concourse. These are for visitors who depend on a wheelchair and cannot use regular stands.
An accessible ticket admits one wheelchair user + one companion.
Can I cancel my ticket(s)?
No. The organiser does not accept returns. In case a competition is cancelled, abandoned, not held, or not completed, the organiser cannot be held liable; entry fees are not refunded.
Can I switch to a different session after purchase?
No. Purchased orders are final and cannot be changed.
Can I change section (seat/zone)?
No. The chosen section is fixed after purchase and cannot be changed.

After payment, the order cannot be changed.
How are tickets scanned?
Your (mobile) ticket can be scanned directly from your phone.
Can I resell my ticket(s)?
Tickets may only be bought via official channels and are transferable only to immediate family and friends. Inform the buyer they must accept the General Terms and Conditions.
There is no official resale platform at this time. Buying via third-party resale is at your own risk. The organisation is not liable for counterfeit tickets.
Is there a purchase limit per session?
Yes. Maximum 30 tickets per order, per ticket type.
Which ages are valid as kids ticket?
Children 4–12 (inclusive). Age is determined by the visit date, not the purchase date.
Are tickets from the same order seated together?
Yes. Tickets in one order are placed together. It’s not possible to place tickets from different orders next to each other. Seating is automated; the organisation does not manually place orders together.
